Plan for your best ever season with a Racepace Triathlon Weekend.

RP coaches Rodger Wilkins & Sarah Jepson are excited to host another great weekend of coach-led swimming, cycling, running and transition sessions in a beautiful part of rural Lancashire.

The weekend will be a great chance to enjoy training in fantastic new environments and enjoy a healthy group atmosphere. We will be focusing our efforts on helping a small number of around 4-8 athletes develop their fitness, skills and improving their relationship with the sport.

Unfortunately, this weekend is not open to all abilities. We're aiming it at triathletes with notable experience. As a rough guide - those who can swim 400m non-stop (frontcrawl), can ride competently in a group on undulating, open roads and comfortably run sub 60mins for a road 10k.

Accommodation options:

Option 1: £195pp

Our triple room has great decor and three cosy, single beds and a shared bathroom. The room has seating to enjoy a great view out over Barrowford Memorial Park. It also has tea/coffee making facilities, HDTV including Netflix and strong wifi access (same gender room guaranteed).

Option 2: £225 (single occupancy)

Our first private bedroom features a great double bed and a separate, shared bathroom. It also has a fantastic view over the adjacent Pendle Water. It has tea/coffee making facilities, a HDTV and strong wifi access.

Option 3: £245 (single occupancy)

Is a beautiful, spacious double room boasting a very comfy double bed. It benefits from a luxurious en-suite with a powerful shower. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, a large screen HDTV including Netflix and strong wifi access.

Option 4: £265 (single occupancy)

The magnificent master bedroom boasts a stunning king size bed. The room has a luxurious en-suite with a hot-tub style bath and a great shower. The room has tea/coffee making facilities and also boasts a large screen HDTV including Netflix and strong wifi access.

What you'll need:

  • Road worthy road bike

  • Cycling helmet

  • Triathlon cycling shoes or cycling shoes

  • Cycling clothes

  • Running clothes

  • Race trainers (elastic laces if possible)

  • Trail shoes (road are ok but not ideal)

  • Wetsuit

  • Trisuit or swim costume

  • Drinks bottles

  • Waterproof jacket

  • Warm jacket

  • Inner Tubes - energy bars

Please note: If opting for non-accommodation, Saturday evening will ideally involve you being part of a social meal out in a great pub/restaurant.
