Whether it’s technique, condition or motivation orientated, at Racepace we strive to deliver one-to-one training sessions of the highest quality.

 

SWIM

Maximise your swim skills and confidence and you can knock minutes off your finishing time. We'll take you through a 1-2-1 session, giving expert guidance on how to get the absolute most from the pool or open water. We can give an insight into what sort of swim sets you should be doing in the pool, right through to open water race starts, drafting, sighting, tactics & dealing with the psychological element. 

A bespoke 1-2-1 can be requested starting from £40 per hour. 

 

BIKE

Something we hear quite a lot in triathlon is "but I'm good on the bike". The perception is the cycle leg is the easy bit - the truth is it's absolutely not. The bike is where we spend the most amount of time and there are significant gains to be made with both basic and advanced improvements.  It requires a lot of focus, form, fitness and skill. We will evaluate the way you ride your bike and give detailed feedback in all areas, potentially enabling you knock a large chunk off your finishing time. We offer a variety of bike sessions including Wattbike testing, tarmac track, turbo trainer, rollers and the open road. The 1-2-1 will be planned in advance and will be appropriately challenging relative to the athlete’s current fitness levels or goals. Relevant feedback, through Power files, GPS and heart rate data will be made available post session.

RUN

Have your running evaluated with us. Choose from a range of options including: trail, track, road, grass, fell and treadmill. An off road route will be planned in advance, which will be stimulating, scenic and appropriate for the athlete’s current fitness levels or goals. Relevant technical feedback, GPS and heart rate data will be recorded and made available post session. 

A bespoke 1-2-1 session can be requested at £40 per hour.

Training days and Weekends

If you, your club or your company are looking for a comprehensive, in-depth training day or weekend that is packed with quality coached swim, bike, run & transition sessions, we can deliver it.

 

We will tailor the day or weekend to your specific individual or group needs, making sure you're in a safe, friendly & enjoyable environment. We'll take care of everything to ensure you can just enjoy the sessions and get the most from your time with us. More details on booking a training day/weekend can be discussed upon request.

One-to-One - Triathlon Training Day - £195 (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Group - Triathlon Training Day - £75 per person - minimum 4 people (9am - 5pm)

Group - Triathlon Training Weekend - £125 per person (9am - 5pm) Excluding accommodation
