We have a female only 'bric' session every Thursday evening 6.30pm - 8.00pm. If you're interested in getting some multi-sport experience then this is the ideal opportunity to get involved. The session held at Studiorama, is based around indoor cycling and outdoor running. To keep it interesting there's a completely different focus every week.

"I have attended a lot of these sessions and would really recommend them to other women. The group is mixed abilities and each session is set to push you, but not be overwhelming. Each session involves a warm-up, a main set and at some stage of the session a certain type of run. Rodger talks you through the reasoning behind each part of the session, and the benefit to why we are doing it. None of these sessions are unachievable as you are in control of your gearing and power so you get out of it what you want. The group are great and really friendly. I get a massive buzz after these sessions and feel very satisfied that I’ve gained some more knowledge about types of training as well as a good workout. Come and give them a try"
