Come along to our Female only Bric session - free taster this Thursday 29th October: 6.30pm – 8.00pm.
Our female only Bric session is perfect for those women wanting a high quality bike and run session. The athletes must have the necessary fitness levels to complete moderate to hard exercise for around 60-75 min.
There's a different emphasis every week with teamwork, tactics, technique & competition all making for stimulating, challenging and fun sessions. Athletes just need their bike, outdoor running kit, a towel and an energy drink.
