Most of us who compete in triathlon are used to early starts on a Sunday morning, so preparing for a race on a Saturday afternoon would seem like a bit of a treat.
As triathlon continues to grow in popularity, more & more athletes are looking for help and guidance in our amazing sport. Sunday 25th June saw several Racepace athletes and coaches heading down to Llandudno on the Welsh coast to take part in Xtra Mile events sea triathlons.
